Here you’ll find answers to any questions you may have about FiextApp.

ℹ️ GENERAL

  1. FiextApp is a digital platform for selling and managing event tickets. It brings together attendees and organizers in one place, making it easier to buy, control, and manage tickets while using AI tools to help increase sales.

FiextApp is used to discover events, buy tickets online, and manage ticket sales in a more organized way. For organizers, it helps publish events, track sales, and get a clearer view of what is happening with each event.

FiextApp can be used by anyone who wants to buy tickets for events, as well as by organizers who want to sell and manage them. It is designed for end users, promoters, venues, nightclubs, and teams that need to organize event sales and access control. That is why FiextApp works both as an app for attendees and as a tool for professionals in the events industry.

Signing up for FiextApp can be free for users who want to browse events, buy tickets, or manage their profile. For organizers, access and service conditions depend on the corresponding plan or contract terms. This way, each type of user can access the features they need according to their case.

FiextApp works in a simple way: the organizer publishes an event, sets up the tickets, and starts selling them, while the user can search for the event, buy a ticket, and receive it on their device. After that, the ticket can be validated at the venue entrance to control access. Everything is designed to make the experience fast, clear, and easy to use from a mobile phone.

100% safe:

  • Your data is encrypted with SSL/TLS
  • We don’t store sensitive card data (the payment processor does)
  • We comply with GDPR and European regulations
  • Regular security audits

Only:

  • Name, email, phone number (optional)
  • Purchase history
  • Your password is encrypted and we never see it.
  • Your data is never sold to third parties.
  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (coming soon)

Try:

  1. Update to the latest version in the App Store/Google Play
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  4. If the issue persists, contact info@fiextapp.com

On the login screen, tap “Forgot your password?” and enter your email. You’ll receive a code to reset it. If you don’t get it, check your spam folder.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete account. Confirm with your password. The following will be deleted:

  • Your profile
  • Your purchase history
  • Your accessible tickets
    Note: You won’t be able to recover this. If you have upcoming tickets, you’ll lose access.

🛒 PURCHASE ISSUES

Tickets are sent to the registration email within a maximum of 2 minutes. If you don’t receive them:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Restart the app and go to “My tickets”
  3. If nothing works, contact info@fiextapp.com

Yes. Go to Edit Profile > Edit email. Future tickets will be sent to the new email. Tickets already purchased will remain in the previous email, but you can also view them in “My tickets”.

This happens very rarely. Please:

  1. Send an email to info@fiextapp.com
  2. Attach screenshots of both transactions
  3. Our team will process the full refund within 5–7 business days

You can give your email to the event staff at the door. They’ll be able to access your tickets after verifying your identity.

This happens when your QR code is scanned at the venue entrance. If you think it’s a mistake:

  1. Make sure you didn’t share the QR with anyone
  2. Contact the event organizer immediately
  3. Show them your ticket in the app
  4. If it was a scanning error, they can mark it as “unused” again

It depends on the event policy (set by each organizer):

  • Some allow refunds up to 24 hours before the event starts, only if you paid for cancellation coverage
  • If the event is canceled, you’ll receive a 100% refund, including the cancellation service

📋 FOR EVENT ORGANIZERS

  1. Open the app > Event management > Create event
  2. Fill in: name, date, location, description
  3. Define ticket types (standard, VIP, etc.), prices, and capacity
  4. Publish the event
    Everything is ready in 5 minutes. We generate a unique link for you to share.

In the app, go to your event > the gray Statistics section. You’ll see:

  • Tickets sold, broken down by ticket type
  • Total revenue
  • Conversion rate
  • Buyer demographics
  • Real-time charts

It’s not possible to edit a ticket price, but you can stop selling that ticket type and create a new one.

Inside the event, click manage RRPP/door staff to add or remove users.

In your app profile, go to payment management and request payout once the event has ended.
